Among the tasks of the department are the graduate and postgraduate training both in Hungarian and in English, research tasks and co-operations, as well as the patient care of North-East Hungary and the related interdisciplinary medicine. Students will learn and master the diagnostics of dental treatments, anesthesia and simple and surgical extraction and participate in dento-alveolar surgical interventions. On the Implantology course -started firs in last year- the students can learn about the basics of the implantology.
As part of our patient care, the complex treatment of special needs is also provided by our Department, in a high-quality facility designed for this purpose.
